It is an event to build innovative solutions that position Madurai as a smarter, resilient, and sustainable city for living, studying, accessing public services and conducting business.

If you are an established business group or a start-up operating in this field, we invite you to partner with us to make this event successful. This is an Open Hackathon. The execution of the event will follow the below structure.

• Problem statements will be published.

• The discussion forum will open. Participants can join the discussion forums to get clarifications and guidance from the mentors and the community

• Participants are encouraged to form teams with other participants.

• Participants can start working on their solutions from the day the problem statements are published. A detailed understanding of the problem area is essential to create a valuable and winning solution.

• Hackathon organizers will also run Road Show session (either online or offline) to help participants create valuable solutions

• Industry experts will be assigned as mentors to teams participating in this hackathon.

• Hackathon offline event runs from 12th August to 14th August 2022.

• 12th August Friday evening is for networking, team formation if you want to strengthen your team, and for ice breaking.

• Hackathon work will start on 13th August Saturday morning and end by 14th August Sunday evening.

• Hackathon offline event will bring together all the teams under one roof to finalize the solutions and present them to the jury for evaluation.

• On 14th August, teams who have reached finals will be making a presentation to the jury and audience post which winners will be announced.
